  • 110 € for the first day, 60 € every other day at occupation with 2 persons
  • Each additional person 5 € per day
  • Maximum occupation 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 childs up to 12 years
  • Minimum period of renting: 5 days

Christmas / New Year
  • 120 € for the first day, 70 € every other day at occupation with 2 persons
  • each additional person 5 € per day
  • Maximum occupation 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 childs up to 12 years
  • Minimum period of renting: 5 days
  • Final cleaning, sheets and towels included
  • All consumables excluding electrical power are included in the price. Electrical power will be charged based on usage per counter
  • Free wireless
  • Bicycle and sledge rental possible
  • Wood for the stove available at low prices
  • Pets only with special agreement, additional cleaning costs 10 €

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment terms cash upon arrival
  • When booking 6 month before arrival 30% booking fees due at date of booking
  • At fees higher than 500 € 30% booking fees due at date of booking

Cancellation fees

There are always cases where a vacation has to be cancelled. In this case we will try to rent out our vacation home to other people. The guests has the possibility to offer alternative guests who takes the full rental period. In case we are not able to rent out the cottage the following costs will be billed to the guest:

  • at cancellation up to 30 days before visit: 30 % of the rental fee
  • at cancellation shorter than 30 days before visit: 80 % of the rental fee
  • in case of cancellation based on government decision due to Covid 19 no cancelation fees apply.
